Can the buyer change the winning bid once I go to get my cheque?
No. Once you accept the high bid, the buyer is legally committed to paying you the full amount of the offer. If your car is found to have undisclosed damage or is in need of repairs that you did not disclose to us, the bid may be revoked or altered at the buyer’s discretion. In these cases, we will arbitrate any claims with you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1.833.ITS.MINT for assistance.
Can you cancel the offer on my car?
What happens if the buyer tries to cancel the deal or doesn’t live up to the agreement?
Once you accept the high bid, we guarantee that amount to you, as long as your car is in the same condition as when you completed our inspection process, and you’ve answered our questions truthfully. If you encounter any problems, always contact us immediately either at email@example.com or at 1.833.ITS.MINT.
