MINTLIST is now Beta Testing, poised to capture Canada’s $40+billion used car market

(VANCOUVER) – Just two months after winning first place in BC’s most prestigious start-up competition and oversubscribing their seed round, TrafficDriven Technologies has launched MINTLIST.

MINTLIST is in its first phase, Beta testing exclusively in the Metro Vancouver market.

Currently, anyone in the Lower Mainland can sign up to sell their car. Every Tuesday at 10 am, qualified dealers have 45-minutes to bid for listed vehicles. Consumers get the best price without leaving their homes, and dealers get the cars they’ve been looking for.

When fully launched, MINTLIST will combine this auto auction function with the ability for consumers to find their next vehicle – a win-win for consumers and dealers in Canada’s $40+ billion used car sales market.

In the last six months:

• TrafficDriven Technologies won first place at the 2021 New Ventures BC Competition (NVBC) for their work to develop MINTLIST.
• The company has raised $3.2 million (CDN) to date and oversubscribed their seed round in less than six weeks.
• MINTLIST has already completed seven auctions selling more than $1.5 million worth of cars.

When fully launched, MINTLIST will enable the selling, trading, and buying of cars. It works by connecting existing dealers – that hold 99% of available vehicle inventory – with consumers. The site will allow brick and mortar dealers to compete with digital sales platforms, and will make the consumer experience hassle free and transparent.
