This was hands down the easiest experience I have had of selling a used vehicle. After deciding it was time to sell my vehicle, I went through the usual journey of posting my listing on different websites and was bombarded with low-ball offers and time wasters over the span of a couple months. I eventually was lead on to MintList, where I was able to have my listing up and sold within a 48hr window. The team at MintList was great at keeping an open line of communication with me to ensure I was informed throughout the whole process, and they went the extra mile to make sure some of the finer details were buttoned up with the buyer and I had a cheque in my hand within another 48 hours of the auction ending. I can't imagine ever selling one of my vehicles the 'old' way anymore; I will be using MintList every time moving forward and will recommend them to friends and family.

We gave ourselves a month to sell our Honda Pilot and within about a week & a half we had the offer that we liked. It's possible I could have sold the car for 2K extra, but I may have had to wait months for that to happen, and perhaps used 2k of my personal time to make it happen! MintList was an absolutely phenomenal service! I wish that I had another car to sell on this platform!A few weeks ago, I decided to sell my car due to the rising costs to own and operate it. Upon referral from a friend, I signed up to sell my car on MintList. That afternoon, I uploaded photos of my car on their system (super easy to use and guided me exactly to what was needed) and was in contact with a rep who outlined exactly the process I would be expecting.My car was put up for auction the next morning, where the same rep was in constant communication with myself to update me of what was taking place. After negotiating the price with the winning bidder, the MintList rep supported me through the transition documentation, as required for transfer of legal ownership. I met up with the seller the next day who verified the damage report and findings of the MintList software. I was super impressed when Mike, the owner, came to my place to help upload my pictures as it was having some issues. If it were not for my own initial hesitation and skepticism causing me to take my time, the process would be quite quick! Jason Wong was super patient with every question I had and worked really hard to help me feel at ease with the transaction. Living in a smaller town, I was having trouble selling my vehicle privately for my desired price given it was fairly new (2019) with low KM, but I was very happy with the price I got through MintList compared to other trade-in offers. I was also able to deliver my vehicle in-person to a dealership location about an hour away. I appreciate the help and support Jason provided and now after experiencing the process, I think using MintList again in the future will be faster and easier for me.

I didn’t want to go through the hassle of courting would be purchasers who may or may not be serious. The risk of them not showing up to view the vehicle, dickering about the price, credibility of payment were only some of the pitfalls I wanted to avoid.With MintList the agent walked me through the process. It was seemless. Fair value for the vehicle. But note… it’s NOT market value. The convenience and worry free process does come at a cost. A cost which I believe is fair.Mint List is the only way to go.

Quite a smooth experience - would highly recommend if you are looking for a hassle-free way of selling your car within the week at a competitive dealership rate! Depending on how in demand your car is, you shouldn't expect to get a private sale price (as you're dealing with acquisition professionals), but you could very likely get a better deal than if you were to go to a few other individual dealerships, with less back & forth also per dealer. I liked that there was no obligation on my end, so it was like why not try and see what's it's worth at a dealer's auction. The customer service was very very good. My rep was Tobin, and he was awesome - very accessible and able to walk me through the process/address concerns at various steps, which helped as I was quite cautious about the service at first. Thomas, the webchat moderator, was also quite knowledgeable and kind to explain concepts. The AI report they generate is honestly very very cool - it picks up on very little things and looks incredibly professional. Even having a sense of what this report would say about your car is worth trying out the platform. I quite happy about the experience and don't regret much.
