Quite a smooth experience - would highly recommend if you are looking for a hassle-free way of selling your car within the week at a competitive dealership rate! Depending on how in demand your car is, you shouldn't expect to get a private sale price (as you're dealing with acquisition professionals), but you could very likely get a better deal than if you were to go to a few other individual dealerships, with less back & forth also per dealer. I liked that there was no obligation on my end, so it was like why not try and see what's it's worth at a dealer's auction. The customer service was very very good. My rep was Tobin, and he was awesome - very accessible and able to walk me through the process/address concerns at various steps, which helped as I was quite cautious about the service at first. Thomas, the webchat moderator, was also quite knowledgeable and kind to explain concepts. The AI report they generate is honestly very very cool - it picks up on very little things and looks incredibly professional. Even having a sense of what this report would say about your car is worth trying out the platform. I quite happy about the experience and don't regret much.

I didn’t want to go through the hassle of courting would be purchasers who may or may not be serious. This was hands down the easiest experience I have had of selling a used vehicle. After deciding it was time to sell my vehicle, I went through the usual journey of posting my listing on different websites and was bombarded with low-ball offers and time wasters over the span of a couple months. I eventually was lead on to MintList, where I was able to have my listing up and sold within a 48hr window. The team at MintList was great at keeping an open line of communication with me to ensure I was informed throughout the whole process, and they went the extra mile to make sure some of the finer details were buttoned up with the buyer and I had a cheque in my hand within another 48 hours of the auction ending. If it were not for my own initial hesitation and skepticism causing me to take my time, the process would be quite quick! Jason Wong was super patient with every question I had and worked really hard to help me feel at ease with the transaction. Living in a smaller town, I was having trouble selling my vehicle privately for my desired price given it was fairly new (2019) with low KM, but I was very happy with the price I got through MintList compared to other trade-in offers. Upon referral from a friend, I signed up to sell my car on MintList.
