Quite a smooth experience - would highly recommend if you are looking for a hassle-free... way of selling your car within the week at a competitive dealership rate! Depending on how in demand your car is, you shouldn't expect to get a private sale price (as you're dealing with acquisition professionals), but you could very likely get a better deal than if you were to go to a few other individual dealerships, with less back & forth also per dealer. I liked that there was no obligation on my end, so it was like why not try and see what's it's worth at a dealer's auction. The customer service was very very good. My rep was Tobin, and he was awesome - very accessible and able to walk me through the process/address concerns at various steps, which helped as I was quite cautious about the service at first. Thomas, the webchat moderator, was also quite knowledgeable and kind to explain concepts. The AI report they generate is honestly very very cool - it picks up on very little things and looks incredibly professional. Even having a sense of what this report would say about your car is worth trying out the platform. I quite happy about the experience and don't regret much.read more

MintList was an absolutely phenomenal service! I wish that I had another car to sell on... this platform!A few weeks ago, I decided to sell my car due to the rising costs to own and operate it. Upon referral from a friend, I signed up to sell my car on MintList. That afternoon, I uploaded photos of my car on their system (super easy to use and guided me exactly to what was needed) and was in contact with a rep who outlined exactly the process I would be expecting.My car was put up for auction the next morning, where the same rep was in constant communication with myself to update me of what was taking place. After negotiating the price with the winning bidder, the MintList rep supported me through the transition documentation, as required for transfer of legal ownership. I met up with the seller the next day who verified the damage report and findings of the MintList software. And just like that, within 48 hours my car was successfully sold at market value price.Could not have been happier with the service provided, the communication from the MintList team, as well as the overall result.read more

I listed a car on mintlist last month. Their software in photographing the car was... intuitive and user friendly. I had no issues in being able to complete their process. Their auction process during the day of, was simple to understand, and as soon as the auction was over, their customer service representative, Andy, was quick to help me with completing the transaction with the winner of the auction.
